Emergence

This business area was founded in 2008 in FluiDyna GmbH, transferred to Altair Engineering GmbH in 2018 as part of a merger and spun off to AMBER in 2022.

Over 15 Years of Delivering Results: Our History

2006

FluiDyna founded by Prof. Dr. Thomas Indinger at the Technical University of Munich.

2008

FluiDyna's partnership with NVIDIA, which began in the realm of computing, expanded to include Al from 2014 onwards. FluiDvna established expertise in deep learning, autonomous driving, and engineering applications, becoming one of the first NVIDIA Tesla Preferred Partners (TPP).

2016

FluiDyna became one of the first NVIDIA Elite Partners, and following the release of the DGX system, it was among the first partners authorized to sell the DGX system in the European market.

2018

FluiDyna is acquired by Altair.

2022

AMBER Al & Data Science Solutions GmbH is founded and continues the NVIDIA sales business in a new legal entity.

2023
